Personal Coaching - a tailored training course, geared to your own
abilities, fitness or ambitions. Can include tuition in playing both singles and
doubles tennis on your own court or at a club.
Group Sessions - learning in groups can be more fun (and can save on
costs!). Often this is a social event when a group get together (for example
when the kids are at school).

Tactics - learn to play to win by using basic tactics that can be
easily introduced to your game. Maybe concentrate on the use of skill rather
than the effort of running endlessly. Practice and learn drills that maximise
your abilities and improve your chances of success.
Fitness Training - improve your general fitness and specifically your
tennis fitness. A sound programme of activities to bring you to your peak of
ability. Skinner tennis can tailor a programme to your age or current fitness
level.
Junior Tennis - ages 10 to 14 - can be both fun and competitive but
still provide the grounding for a solid game. Relaxation of the rules allows for
an enjoyable, yet skill-based activity.
Mini Tennis - use of mini-nets (and mini racquets) when playing 'Mini-red'
tennis. Can be fun for kids, allowing them to use low-pressure balls in a safe
environment and gets them used to the on-court environment, based around fun
'drills' and games. 'Mini-orange'
for those youngsters who have progressed to a more advanced level. 'Mini-green'
for those 11-14 year-olds who will play on a full-sized court but with green
(low pressure) balls.
